Privacy

This explains what I do with your information. It is written to be read rather than to cover me, so if anything here is unclear just ask.

Who I am

Venti Red FZ-LLC, Platinum Tower, JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am the data controller for anything you send me. You can reach me at scott@ventired.com.

What I collect

• Your email address, if you give it to me through the form on this site.
• Your name, email and company, if you book a call or become a client.
• Anything you tell me during coaching, including details of the deals and companies you are working on.
• Payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach me.
• Basic anonymous traffic data about how the site is used.

What I do with it

I use it to run the coaching, to invoice you and to send you the occasional email if you asked for one. That is all. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Confidentiality of what you tell me

What you bring to a session stays in the session. I will not repeat the names of your customers, your deals or your numbers to anyone. If a deal you are working on is discussed on a group call, that is because you chose to bring it. I am happy to sign your company's non disclosure agreement.

I will not coach two people who are competing for the same contract. If that situation arises I will tell you and step back from one of the engagements.

Who else touches your data

• Stripe for payments.
• Cal.com for call bookings.
• Slack for the members channel.
• Google or Microsoft for email and calendar.
• The project sales system used by members, which is operated by Venti Red.

Each of these holds data under its own terms and each is used because the service needs it, not for marketing.

How long I keep it

Client records and invoices for seven years, because tax rules require it. Session notes for as long as you are a client and twelve months after. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later this page will say so before they go live.

Changes

If this changes materially I will email anyone on the list rather than quietly updating the page.
