Terms
These are the terms for The Deal Room, the coaching programme run by Venti Red FZ-LLC. Taking a place means you accept them.
What you get
- Two one hour one to one sessions each calendar month, booked at times that suit us both.
- A direct channel for questions on live deals between sessions, answered on working days.
- A place on the weekly group call once the group is running.
- Access to the project sales system for the duration of your membership.
What it costs
500 US dollars per calendar month, billed in advance by Stripe on the date you join and the same date each month after. The founding rate is held for the first cohort for as long as their membership runs unbroken.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. No notice period, no minimum term. I do not refund part months, because the sessions for that month are already reserved. If you rejoin later it is at the rate current at that time.
Sessions you do not use
Sessions do not roll over between months. If you cannot make a booked session, give me twenty four hours and we will move it. Miss it without notice and it is used.
What I will not do
- I will not coach two people competing for the same contract. If that comes up I will tell you and step back from one engagement.
- I will not sell you a place if your sales cycle is not the sort this is built for. I would rather turn you away than take your money.
- I will not contact your customers, negotiate on your behalf or represent your company. This is coaching, not consultancy. Fractional and consultancy work is a separate arrangement through ventired.com.
What is yours and what is mine
Everything you tell me about your deals, your customers and your company stays confidential and remains yours. The method, materials and the project sales system remain mine. You are welcome to use everything you learn in your own work for as long as you like. You may not resell it, teach it as your own programme, or give system access to anyone outside your membership.
What I am not promising
I will give you my honest read and thirty years of experience. I cannot promise you will win any particular deal or hit any particular number, because I am not the one in the room and there are a dozen things in a project sale that neither of us controls. Anyone who does promise you a result is selling you something else.
My liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid me in the three months before whatever the problem was.
Ending it from my side
I can end a membership with a month's notice and a refund of anything unused, and I will only do that if the fit is wrong or the arrangement stops working. Abuse of the group or of me ends it immediately.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai. If you are a consumer in another country, nothing here removes rights you have at home that cannot be signed away.
